When it comes to Christmas, traditions vary from country to country, region to region and even family to family.

Do you celebrate on Christmas Eve dinner, or focus on Christmas lunch? Host an Italian-American Feast of the Seven Fishes or make traditional Piemontese Three-Roasts ravioli? Roast turkey, prime rib, cornish hen or ham? Serve your potatoes roasted or mashed?

Whatever the meal, it will be special if prepared with love and care, and shared with your family and loved ones.
