Thanksgiving is not an Italian holiday but it’s one of our favorites for what it celebrates: gratitude.

We firmly believe that even in difficult times, there is always something to be thankful for. This year, we couldn't be more thankful for the beautiful community of copper enthusiasts that we have been so lucky to meet on Instagram, for our customers – who are happy to share their everyday cooking joy with us – and for all the new Ruffoni friends we met along the way.

To celebrate this special day properly, we asked Chef Owen Wyatt – a California native with a curriculum that includes several Michelin starred kitchens – to teach us the recipes that cannot be missing on the American Thanksgiving table.

Are you ready to discover a chef's take on Thanksgiving's turkey, cranberry sauce, gravy, mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts and glazed carrots?

Have a look at the recipes below to find out the differences with your family's staples – and, if you like, share them with us on Instagram!
