Fondue Michelle - 4 Pieces

Fondue is the perfect communal activity for a big family weekend dinner or for a fun party with friends. You can use our 4-pieces Fondue Michelle to make oil-based or broth-based fondues at the table, but also for a Chinese hot pot or a Japanese-style shabu-shabu. The copper collar prevents splatters, while the chromed burner allows adjustment of the flame.

The beautifully hand-hammered, tin-lined copper pot can also be used as a normal sauce pot on your gas stove and in the oven. This set further includes a decorative iron stand and a convenient gel fuel holder.

Want to get even more use out of your Ruffoni fondue set? Our porcelain insert will allow you to make cheese or chocolate fondues as well!

Made in Italy.

Our 4-pieces fondue Michelle set is perfect for both broth-based and oil-based fondues. For a fun and delicious fondue Bourguignon, you can use tenderloin, sirloin or filet mignon cuts, but we also recommend trying it with vegetables, shrimp or chicken, and serving with lots of dipping sauces for fun.

We paid special attention to the collar, in copper, that prevents splatters, and the chromed burner that allows adjustment of the flame.

The tin-lined copper pot that constitutes the core of the fondue set has been hand-hammered by our master coppersmiths to ensure lasting beauty, and internally lined with the purest tin, applied by hand over fire, so that it can be also used as a normal sauce pot to simmer delicious sauces on your stove.

To get even more use out of your fondue pot we suggest the porcelain insert, sold separately, that allows you to create cheese and chocolate fondues as well!

Recommended for use with gel fuel (not included). Sauce pot can also be used separately, on gas stove and in the oven. Bronze handles will get hot: always use pot holders while cooking.

Hand-wash copper sauce pot and collar with a soft sponge and mild detergent, and dry immediately with a soft cloth.

With use, copper develops a rich patina over time that many love and cherish. To restore a polished shine, use a good copper polish (like Ruffoni Cleaner) or salt with lemon juice/vinegar.

Tin will naturally discolor over time, but will remain equally effective. Depending on use, the tin lining may eventually wear off and require retinning. Prolong the tin lining's life by not scratching it with metal tools, never overheating the cookware, and limiting the use of acidic ingredients.

The iron stand and fuel holder can be wiped down with a damp cloth as necessary.
