Shipping
- Free UPS® Ground shipping on all orders sitewide
- We currently ship only within the United States
- Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped
- During periods of high order volume (sales, new product launches, Holidays...), orders may take longer to ship
- A tracking number will be sent via e-mail once your order has been shipped
- We partner with a third party warehouse service to provide faster shipping across the US. Depending on the destination zip code, courier availability and product stock, delivery may take 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery time will be available on product pages and cart before check-out
- When our partner warehouses are unable to fulfill an order, packages will be shipped from our warehouse in Fairfield, California
- When selecting paid Expedited Shipping, shipping charges will be calculated per total product weight and ship-to address
- UPS does not ship to Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO), or PO Boxes. All orders shipping to an APO, FPO, or PO Box address will be fulfilled via USPS. Please note that orders fulfilled via USPS may take up to a month to be delivered and tracking information may not be available until soon before delivery
