Refund policy

RETURNS OF NEW, UNUSED ITEMS
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Ruffoni purchase, you may return any brand new, unused item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please contact us at us.service@ruffoni.net and provide the following information:
• Name of the person who made the purchase
• Order number (starts with SH-)
• SKUs of the product(s) you wish to return
• Reason for returning

We will get in contact with you within 2-5 business days with a prepaid return label. Please package your unused items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop them off at a carrier (UPS or USPS) drop-off point.
Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected within 5-10 business days. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded – minus a $19 shipping and restocking fee.

Please note: Returns will only be accepted if the items are unused, in the original packaging, and in resellable condition. Returns of used products or products not in their original packaging will not be accepted for a refund. If you are unsure, please contact us at us.service@ruffoni.net before sending your items back.

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive incorrect or damaged products in your order, please contact us right away at us.service@ruffoni.net so we can make it right.

Be sure to include:
• Name of the person who made the purchase
• Order number (starts with SH-)
• Pictures of the whole product
• Detailed pictures of the issue/damage

We will review your claim within 2-5 business days. If approved, we will send you a free return label, and offer a replacement or refund.

Note: if the item was purchased from a retailer, please include proof of purchase in your email. Please note that in this case, if your claim is approved, we will not be able to issue refunds to your original payment method and will instead offer a replacement or Ruffoni.net store credit.
