Seven Years of Love, Forged in Copper
Why Copper?
A metal that grows more beautiful every time it's used.
The seventh anniversary gift tradition calls for copper - and for good reason. Copper is the most responsive metal in the kitchen: it heats instantly, cools on command, and develops a living patina that makes every piece uniquely yours. A Ruffoni copper pan isn't just a gift for the kitchen. It's a gift for every meal you'll cook together for the next seven years - and the seven after that.
Our Finest Copper, Handcrafted in Italy
Each piece hammered by hand in Omegna - the heart of Italian cookware.

Handcrafted in Omegna Since 1931
Ruffoni copper cookware is made in the same northern Italian town - Omegna, on the shores of Lake Orta - at the heart of Italian cookware. Each piece is shaped by hand, hammered individually by our master artisans to create a surface that conducts heat with extraordinary evenness, and finished with a lining that will last a lifetime with proper care.
Why does copper change color when heated?
Copper develops a patina over time: a living, breathing surface that records the meals you've cooked and the years you've shared. No two pieces age exactly the same way, making each piece as unique as your love story.
