Simmer your sauce in the Chef Pot, and add a ladleful of the reserved pasta water to bring everything together just like nonne (grandmas) do. That’s the secret to sauces that cling beautifully to pasta!
For secondo (main course), sauté fresh vegetables or proteins in the Sauté Pan – its tall, straight sides keep splatters to a minimum while giving you plenty of room to cook.
